Shafaq Marquee is a full web application built for managing a wedding hall / marquee business. It helps staff handle event bookings, hall availability, customer details, catering orders, and menu packages from one admin panel. The system includes complete accounting — trial balance, profit & loss, journal vouchers, partner accounts, salaries, expenses, and bank/cash management. Staff can generate PDF reports for financial records and daily business operations. A public website lets customers view halls, services, gallery, testimonials, and submit inquiries. The admin panel supports user roles, permissions, and multi-module management for halls, HR, suppliers, assets, and catering. Built as a production-ready business platform deployed with PostgreSQL for reliable data storage.

Point Of Sale

UR Soft POS is a Windows desktop application built for shop owners to manage daily business operations from the counter. Cashiers use it to sell products, print bills, track stock, record purchases from suppliers, manage expenses, and view sales reports. The same core system is customized for different business types — mobile phone shops with IMEI tracking, pharmacies with batch and expiry management, restaurants with menu orders, and general retail stores. Each version is packaged as a standalone Windows .exe for easy client installation. Developed with Python and PyQt5, using MySQL for data storage and ReportLab for PDF receipts and reports.

Account Management

UR Accounts is a Flask web application for business accounting and financial management. It helps owners and accountants track money, record transactions, and generate financial reports from one secure dashboard. The system includes general ledger, chart of accounts, journal entries, bank reconciliation, cash flow statements, vendor bills, payments made and received, and credit notes. All data comes from real business transactions — invoices, expenses, purchases, and bank accounts — not static demo numbers. Users can filter reports by date range, view trial balance and account ledgers, export data to Excel, and manage multiple businesses with login-based access. Built for small and medium businesses that need proper bookkeeping alongside daily operations.

J and Q Delivery Services

J & Q Delivery is a web-based management system built for a UAE delivery company. It helps staff manage riders from onboarding to daily operations across multiple branches. The platform tracks active and inactive drivers, assigns bikes and SIM cards, monitors visa and labour card processing with expiry alerts, and stores rider documents. HR modules cover loans, loan agreements, passport custody, and employee records. Data can be imported from Excel sheets for bulk rider updates. A live dashboard shows workforce stats, fleet equipment, visa processing status, and alerts. The system is deployed online on a VPS so branch staff can access it from any browser on computer or phone.
